Anybody recently back from a Prague..Vienna..Budapest December cruise?

We are about to embark on a X-mas river cruise on the Danube in a few days (Dec 21)...Just wondering how your cruise/experience went? It is currently freezing and we are glad we have brought with us rain as well as wool coats and other thermal wear. This is also our daughter's first time seeing snow showers!

Just got back! We were on a Uniworld ship, River Countess, from Passau to Budapest. VERY COLD, yet a great time. Layers! You will love it!

Just returned from Uniworld Christmas Market Cruise Prague-Vienna. It was wonderful. Uniworld River Empress was a very nice ship, more than we expected. Very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Itinerary was excellent, markets fun, and all but one day weather cold but clear. Great trip!

Yes, it was great...just got back from Uniworld River Countess from Prague to Budapest...it was cold but I am from Boston...so it was colder at home! I dressed as I always do in the winter...LAYERS....have a great time and drink that hot, mulled wine...it is delicious.:)

 

Do spend time at the markets...they are fabulous.
