ricki Posted January 10, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2018 Are there drawers behind the closet doors in a QE Veranda cabin? We were just on the Eurodam, and the cabin design looks identical. Serious lack of drawers, although it has shelves that fold down from the back wall of the closet, leaving a large, but awkward shelf ( too tall and deep to easily stack clothing—piles kept falling over.) Thank you! Ricki
JohnKen3 Posted January 10, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 10, 2018 There are a a couple of shelves in the middle closet but there is not much room there due to the safe. There are a set of three small drawers by the side of each bed and a larger drawer on top of the fridge (under the kettle) where the hairdryer is stored. There are a large drawers under each of the bed but these are at floor level so not easily accessed unless you have a flexible body. The two large drawers are hidden by the bedding. There is space behind the drawers to store luggage. There is a tie rack on he inside one of the closet doors as well as a bar at the back of the closet. philsmum1 Posted January 11, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 11, 2018 No and it drives me mad! I suppose it makes it easier to clean and also less chance of forgetting things but I find it a real nuisance. I take fold up containers from Ikea which at least keep the piles from falling over and I can separate my stalls. Don't get me started... Sibyl2 Posted February 5, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 5, 2018 I use packing cubes so shelves work perfectly. Sent from my iPad using Forums
