Waiter on the Dream

We were on the Dream 3 yrs ago and our waiter in the dining room was named Sergei. Getting ready to sail again on the Dream and wondering if anyone who has recently sailed had this waiter. He was/is GREAT!!

I wish you good luck in finding he who gave you good service, but Sergei is a fairly common name in Russia and former Soviet republics. It's not unlike being at any given stateside restaurant and having been well-served by someone named Bob. It is a definite possibility that he may not have been the only MDR server named Sergei. Also, after this much time, the one you seek may be on another ship or not even with Carnival anymore.

I agree with nchikk- most of the Carnival contracts are 8-9 months long... often when their contract is over, workers take a break back home and if they return, will be offered positions on a different ship.
