Rental car from Port of Miami...shuttles available?

On Navigator now, thinking about renting a car upon our return since we have most of a day to kill (flying out of FLL). Does anyone know what rental companies offer shuttles FROM the port to their rental center? Thanks

I have heard at the rental office once, that you need a reservation in advance to get a car from them. I can't say if this is for everyone or they just didn't have any rental cars left that day. A shared shuttle is $15.00 per person to get to FLL where you can get a car. I would check the price, I found it was cheaper to go to FLL.

Thanks...we reserved a car online through Alamo with p/u at MIA. Didn't make sense to shuttle to FLL, since we can rent from MIA for less than the cost of a shuttle for two. I guess we'll see when we get there if they have a shuttle...

National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer free shuttle service between their MIA airport location and POM -- show the driver your printed reservation paperwork to board the shuttle.

Thanks...we reserved a car online through Alamo with p/u at MIA. Didn't make sense to shuttle to FLL, since we can rent from MIA for less than the cost of a shuttle for two. I guess we'll see when we get there if they have a shuttle...

I fly Southwest, they don't service MIA, I am just talking from my experience.
