Recommended name/address to Carnival for a letter of concern

I'm very concerned about the trend of Carnivals failure of 4 health inspections since November.

I've written a polite letter (no name calling, no threatening to never sail again, no shouting ) of concern asking them to take action to turn around this trend.

 

I don't think this is a staff problem but rather a corporate systems problem. They have gone from an Excellent record to a poor one. I really thought after 1 failure, a huge effort would be made to correct the problem. Instead, it seems to be getting worst.

 

Anyone have a suggestion for a good "snail" mail address and who it should be addressed to. Most likely it will be toss in the trash, but I hope if enough people complain something might happen. Wishful thinking but hoping for the best.
