Ocho Rios Excursions (non ship's)

First of all, let me say that I have not posted anything on this forum in about 10 years, ever since my husband passed away, as cruising pretty much ended then. I hope I am following correct protocol in this posting. However, I am leaving in about 3 weeks on the MSC Seaside with some friends. We will be in Ocho Rios for our first port. I remember that my husband and I enjoyed a wonderful day tubing on the White River with a very kind young man as our guide. I am looking for a similar experience for myself and my friends. May I have recommendations, please? We are all seniors, so please keep that in mind. One lady is not particularly fond of water or adventure. Personally I love both. Thank you for your responses.
