Luvsparties Posted February 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2018 I'm on the Preziosa sailing on 10/15/18 out of Barcelona. I neglected to pay attention to the time the Preziosa docks when it returns to Barcelona. I just assumed it was in the early a.m., like the other cruises I've taken but the itinerary shows it docks at noon. That's fine, but I need to book a flight to Amsterdam and I'm unsure how much time to allow as I've never sailed MSC and don't have any experience with the Barcelona airport. I see flights at 3:30 and 6:30. Would it be safe enough to take the 3:30? Thanks for any guidance you can give!
1fifthavenue Posted February 8, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2018 I'd go with the 6:30 on the basis that you could be delayed, it could take a while to get off the ship etc
cshellz Posted February 9, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2018 When I flew from Amsterdam airport security queue took a long time, a girl in front of me missed her flight. I would give yourself plenty of time. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

stoneman56 Posted February 12, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 12, 2018 If you want to spend some time in Barcelona before catching the flight you can opt to have your luggage sent onto the airport ahead of you (Bags to Go) then have lunch etc and get the aerobus to the airport later.
