How long is the Inspiration on the 5 day cruise

in Grand Cayman? I don't see where to find this information. I would like to book a tour but not knowing how much time I have is crucial.

Also, how much time should be allowed for the return trip? Also is GC on eastern time?

Sorry if all this has already been discussed. I have searched for over 30 minutes and haven't found this information.
