Pinney’s beach or Frigate Bay?

Looking at Carnival beach excursions, appears these are the 2 available. Which is better and why? I do enjoy snorkeling but a beautiful view and pretty water will suffice. I would really be interested in the black sand beach...can you walk to it from either of these locations?

Pinney's Beach is on Nevis and Frigate Bay is on St Kitts. You would be able find black sand beaches on South Friars Bay and on probably near Dieppe Bay at the far North end of St Kitts.

Going alone with my daughter so don’t want to take taxi or non cruise excursion so it sounds like black sand isn’t possible ☹️

 

Thanks for the explanation on location. Would you suggest one over the other?

How old is your daughter? The catamaran sail trips to Nevis all offer unlimited drinks, and while certainly not drunken frat parties, I personally would not take a little kid.

She’s 21 so I’m sure she would love it, that Pinney’s beach is from that excursion [emoji846] Thanks for the warning tho.
