Couple quick questions about the Conquest!

Hey all! Sailing the Conquest on Sat 3/31/18 and had a couple questions since the last time we sailed this ship was 2016. This is an 8-day itinerary leaving from Ft. Lauderdale. We are in port both Sunday (Princess Cays) and Monday (Grand Turk), the first sea day is Tuesday. Does anyone know when the first formal night will be? Also, pretty sure this has been answered but just double-checking that this ship offers the new breakfast menu. (In addition to the Seaday Brunch menu?!)

we are on this cruise as well. The first formal night is usually the first sea day.

We are on this as well. Usually it's sea day, but I was hoping for Sunday (Bahamas) as its a Holiday.

You can email carnival events or the steakhouse to find out which nights are formal. On our 6 day upcoming on Conquest it is first Sea Day (Monday) and that Thursday.
