I started a thread after our Sun Princess cruise in Sep and issues Mrs Spaceguy had with a ring she bought at a preferred store.

I am pleased to say things finally worked out. Mrs Spaceguy had to keep after PPI. They turned things over to the merchant. He called several times and e-mailed Mrs Spaceguy as well. She selected a new ring based upon e-mail photos and yesterday when we returned from visiting Mrs Spaceguy's family for the holidays, she had the new ring in the mail.

 

Altogether it was more effort and took longer than expected.

So glad you got this resolved. I guess this was a lesson to everyone about paying cash in this type of situation.
