Keioki Posted March 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 24, 2018 Our group of 8 has a great day of sailing out of Falmouth Harbor, on the SE side of Antigua. We have 3 sailors in the group and didn’t want the standard motor catamaran tour. After an adventurous cab ride across the island, we got on a beautiful Benateau 40 ft schooner and sailed away. It’s not a trip for those looking for smooth water. We sailed to a nearby cove and swam in crystal clear water for a while, then had some snacks and rum punch! The 3 sailors in our group all got to operate the lines and man the helm as we sailed on the Atlantic side of the island. About a 3 1/2 hour trip, but so much better than the snorkel trips we’ve been offered. True sailing for those that enjoy E ticket rides. Would definitely do again.
