Great photos! I always wondered about the balcony/interior for adults and kids. Pretty sure our family would spend most of our time together in one room too.

Love the photos and the review. Those pictures of Grand Turk make me want to bet there RIGHT NOW. We did the same thing with the kids (when they were all cruising with us) getting the interior room and dh and I getting the balcony room. That's funny about your kids spending more time in your room than their own, especially the bathroom.

Puerto Rico

We took another tour right after getting off the ship. I felt it quite rushed but got to see the sites we wanted to. This was my least favourite port. I am not really sure why. Maybe because we didn’t go to the beach for the day. Just did the tourist type activities.

 

 

Stopped at this beach for 20 minutes or so. Natural breakwater but too dangerous to swim at.

Unfortunately yes we did get whiffs of a sewer smell but sporadically. Not sure why though.

Yes, wish I was still there. Raining ridiculously here, better than snow though.

I thought for sure they would love to have a room to themselves. Only happy they didn’t have to share a bed.

St. Kitts

Guess what we did? Another tour and the Beach! Our favourite thing to do.

Kids loved the Monkeys. Now want a pet a monkey.

St. Maarten

Took the water taxi over to the beach. We love the beach! This beach was just as nice or even nicer that Grand Turk. So beautiful!

 

The further down the beach the cheaper the umbrella and chairs. We got 2 for $15. The local venders walking up and down the beach were getting on my nerves though. Always bugging to buy something. It took awhile for them to leave us alone.

How much was the water taxi to the beach in St Maarten? What beach was it, or do they only run to one beach?

We just did this itinerary on Vista. Loved it. I feel the same about Grand Turk and San Juan. GT is so relaxing. OSJ is lovely to sail in to but we’ve been 3x, so finding less stuff to do around port. I would love to try the Sunshine. The Serenity area looks amazing. Thanks for taking the time to do a review.
