Barcelona shuttle service

We booked an airport transfer to Barcelona through a company called shuttledirect.com. I have recently read some bad reviews including a no show and the shuttle service refusing to refund the customer their money.

 

The last thing I want is for our group of 5 to be left stranded at the airport after a long flight. Having experienced this once before at Heathrow I have no wish to repeat it.

 

Has anyone else used this service? Should we be concerned enough to cancel and go with someone else? We have 3 transfers booked with them.

Shuttledirect is not a transfer company but an online reseller. They use local supplier to provide services. And more likely it's more than one supplier. We used them to get to hotel and back from PMI and service was on time. So may be hit and miss in various destinations.
