Harmony of the Seas / Sabor / Happy Hour $7 Guacamole at the bar only?

Can anyone confirm if Sabor on Harmony of the Seas has happy hour AT THE BAR where the guacamole can be bought for $7 ???

 

I'm not talking about the happy hour special they offer for $12 where you get one appetizer and a margarita....that would be a waste if someone has the drink package already. And the $19 cover charge is a bit much.

 

Ate there on Oasis when it was a la carte SEVERAL TIMES on our week cruise a couple years ago and would love to eat there again on Harmony but won't pay the $19. Just really want the chips and guac....
