RCCL Discover Scuba Diving...better in Cozumel or Grand Cayman

DH wants to Scuba on our next cruise. He has done a resort course in the past and really enjoys it. He would love to become certified but his work schedule does not allow it. So which place do you think that he would see more undersea life with the Discover Scuba Diving, Cozumel or Grand Cayman?????

If he is doing the dive from shore, definitely Grand Cayman. If he is doing the dive from a boat, still Grand Cayman, but not as big of different between GCM and Cozumel.

 

You will probably get a better price and more personal attention if you make your own arrangements rather than go with the ship's excursion. I liked http://www.neptunesdivers.com in GCM.
