RubyLee Posted June 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 5, 2018 it’s been some years since I cruised on a Princess ship that had the International Cafe. Other than drinks are there any additional charges for food there?
jmelnick Posted June 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 5, 2018 Nope, just charges for the beverages.
NoWhiners Posted June 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 5, 2018 Food at IC is free, only the specialty coffees and teas have a charge. Haven't been on the Grand, but I think this is the same for all Princess' ships. They do have a nice selection of food, especially if you are looking to eat a bit lighter. 8dimsum Posted June 5, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 5, 2018 I recall AM food tends to be breakfast mueslix, muffins, a hot "egg mcmuffin", croissants, then close to 11AM, the staff switches out the counter to offer sandwiches, salads, cookies are kept on a platter behind the counter, a kettle of soup, and then late in the day, a cheese platter with some fruit, dates, nuts, and candied fruits are displayed for consumption. IECalCruiser Posted June 5, 2018 #6 Share Posted June 5, 2018 There have been posts that there might be a specialty chocolate dessert (Norman Love?) that has an extra charge. Our last several cruises have primarily been on the Pacific so I can’t confirm if they are still at the IC. Otherwise no charge for any of the food at the IC on the Grand.
