In the treaty they signed with the US Government, they control the Island and the waters and bays within a 1/2 mile of the island. The Bering Sea Crab Tour has agreements to use their territorial waters. Susan and I decided to get lunch on shore. We watch Deadliest Catch and knew the family that runs the crab boat Brenna A on Deadliest Catch has a restaurant in Ketchikan. So we went there. They were actively feeding, we saw the whales, but I was not able to get a picture before they dove. I heard they ended up bubble feeding just of the aft of the Jewel a few minutes later. I started heading to the room to change and walked through the buffet. It was Asian night. I was able to get pictures without a thousand people in the way.
