I hope it fizzles out for the sake of those cruising. I think this is absolutely insane. The season is over and still going :-(

It is only a tropical storm (maybe even a depression by now) and it nowhere near Miami.

thanks for posting the satellite map - however, do you think this will create much rougher sailing from FLL? I sail Sunday to San Juan and sure hope for relatively calm seas.

Honestly, no. It's pretty far out there and I believe starting to turn more to the northwest. There's always a chance for choppy seas this time of year, but if you get any I would lay odds that it wasn't because of Zeta.

Zeta was out in the middle of the Atlantic. I assume it has vanished by now.
