rental cars at Miami Port

Hi all,

 

I am cruising on Triumph in March and was wondering if anyone knows if there are rental car places right at the port to drop off and pick up vehicles. I live on the west coast of Florida and we were just going to drive over with a rental. It is cheaper than parking our car at the port. Any help would be fantastic.

Avis has just opened a downtown location...only a 5 minute cab ride to the port. The code is M6I.

Hertz has a drop off at the Marriott Biscayne Bay, 1633 North Bayshore Drive

in Miami.

I used them before and found the drop off very easy...took a cab to the port for about $5. I would say it is about 5 minutes from the port.
