Lounge Chair Pillow

Seems like a stupid question, but I saw someone using a lounge chair pillow that was integrated into a band (looked like lycra), and it just stretched over the back of the lounge (holding their towel in-place).

I've been looking for these on-line with no luck. Anyone know what these are and where to buy them?
