Was wondering when you can make advance reservations for the specialty restaurants onboard. Additionally, when will the cruise customizer let you purchase the Aqua Spa packages? After final payment??

The specialty resturant is open to reserve for Captains Club members 60 days before sail date.

The spa is a sign up when you board the ship.

You can purchase Aqua Spa packages and gift certificates by going to the Celebrity website. At the very bottom of the page click on Shop Celebrity, then click on Bon Voyage Gifts, and finally click on Gift Certificates.

Gift certificates in $100 increments are found around the middle of the page. Select Aqua Spa packages are found at the end of the page. However evne though you prepay, you make your reservations onboard.

You can only book one night in advance. If you want to add friends at your table, you need their reservation number.

 

Once you get on the ship, you can book additional nights. Definitely worth doing multiple times.

Can be booked through your travel agent prior to cruising... if you purchase your package prior to your cruise you save quite a bit.

 

Unfortunately if you have booked with an agent, you cannot book directly through the celebrity website! If you booked directly with celebrity you can add aqua spa packages.

Past passengers may book specialty dining, 60 days in advance. If you are new to Celebrity, plan to stop by the restaurant shortly after you board to lock in a day and time. If friends will be joining you, all they request is the cabin number. You will receive a reminder delivered to your stateroom. You can book for any day of your cruise. It's usually very quiet the first few nights, then as more people find or hear about the restuarant, the place become very busy by mid-week. In case you are with a larger group, you may want to consider dining in the wine cellar of the restaurant. We did that a few years ago with family and friends and enjoyed the experience. We could be a little loud and not disrupt others who are enjoying the elegant dining experience

 

I have always booked my cruises through an agent, and have never had a problem adding a spa package through the Celebrity web site.
