NCL Star Shore Excursions

We will be on the Star for the 8 day Mexican Riviera Cruise from L.A in April,

6 adults in my party. Please give advise on independent shore excursions at

Acapulco, Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas. We usually avoid the big crowds and high prices of the ship.

Are good driver/ guides with 7 passenger vans and good english available at each port? How about rates?
