We are on the Bliss through the Panama Canal in May. It was great ! People like to complain, but, we had little to complain about. The glass is always half full for us ! Ate 4 times in specialty restuarants, tjey were good, but, so was the MDR. Lots of people, but, not that bad. Waiting for elevators, a couple of times. Shows, always got a seat close up on the aisle for the late shows. Staff great ! People were hogs and rude in the Observation Lounge on the Panama Canal day. Our Aft Balcony, 11316 gave us a great view ! We did get soot on our railing, though, but, just took a wet towel to clean it, took a minute or two. Moved the chaise lounge and the table and chairs closer to the door to keep them clean. GREAT CRUISE!!

We were in 9918 aft Haven ... no soot, no noise. 278 sq ft balcony. Great butler. Great consierge. Great room. Could have been warmer some days. Hope you get Naveen as a butler. He even helped us carry our bags off last day when we wanted to get away early.
