I am looking for an US agent prepared to deal with UK. CB christmas week balcony on Caribe.

Cruise Critic has a number of travel agents that are listed under the "cruise agencies" section:

I would suggest making contact with any of the ones that have the word 'Cruise' as part of their name... especially those followed by Con or Quick.

Just to let you all know- I have had 2 quotes and for our needs its cheaper to book in UK by the time you add flights transfers hotel etc!
