Blue Hole Water Sports at Sheraton British Colonial in downtown Nassau. They take very small groups, and are fantastic. Father and son team on small boats. Visit 2 or 3 snorkel spots, you will definitely enjoy the small group setting, especially when you see huge groups on large catamarans. My son claimed it was one of the best excursions we ever did. Check out their reviews on Trip Advisor, they are excellent.

We had a blast with Stuart's Cove. We went to 3 different sites and a top snorkel with sharks. Not sure if they still offer that?

Best can only be determined after trying them all. Otherwise, it's just conjecture. Thats like asking what is the best rum, or tequila, or even the best beer. Everyone has different tastes.
