greenflash Posted August 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I’ve been offered a comped cruise on the Crystal Serenity for 12/7-12/20. Has anyone used this type of comp? I was rated for my land play and NCL play.
si4444 Posted August 26, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I'm booked for next April on crystal symphony comped OV as balconies are sold out. First time for me but look forward to it. Heard it's a high end line. Sent from my A1R using Forums mobile app

greenflash Posted August 31, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted August 31, 2018 This is my first time going on Crystal. It is a higher end line. I am elite on NCL and are comped haven. I usually play $100 6 deck in the private room. I wonder if crystal offers hand shuffle 6 deck?
greenflash Posted August 31, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Usually if you have a bad loss(example on NCL) They offer a Haven for the next cruise.
spidybabe Posted August 31, 2018 #7 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Usually if you have a bad loss(example on NCL) They offer a Haven for the next cruise. But if you win on NCL, they hold it against you. We won big early on one trip, and were told by 3 different NCL managers, that when we won we were playing with their money, and it doesn't count as play, even though we obtain a high level with the points. After 26 NCL comped cruises, they would only give 20%off. NCL only good if you lose. nancydow Posted September 1, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 1, 2018 I cruised on the Crystal Serenity last December and would never do it again. The food and service was amazing, but the other passengers sucked all the fun out of the cruise. I don’t think I’d do it again, even if I was closer to the median age. Luckily there were a couple of casino junket groups, so the casino was busier than usual. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

greenflash Posted September 22, 2018 Author #11 Share Posted September 22, 2018 I’ve won huge and lost huge, NCL still comps haven. We are tired of food on NCL, Carnival, and RCL. Kind of looking forward to the great cuisine on Crystal. Just wonder how many blackjack tables, limits, and whether they have 6 deck-hand shuffle. Won’t play shuffle master.
