What to do in Half Moon Cay?

DH and I are taking a cruise in May--we're still trying to decide the itinerary. We've won a 7-day free on Carnival. We have decided on the Eastern Caribbean but we're debating between Elation which stops in Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk, or Glory which docks in Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. My question--what's there to do in Half Moon Cay? Anyone been?

We were on the Westerdam in December 2004 and stop there for the day. It's the private island for Holland America, but since HAL doesn't go there in the summer, Carnival stops there (same parent company). There is para-sailing, jet skis, swimming, nature walks, horses, cabanas for rent with and without butler service. The water was great and we just laid on the beach and soaked up the sun.
