As long as there are still lifeboat places for your area.

If those are all filled with other passengers, including some 3rd or 4th/etc., passengers already, then... no, you will not be able to add more even though your suite has space.

 

Call, and they'll tell you.

I just added a 3rd guest for my November cruise. It took an hour on the phone with them because I had already made my dining reservations. I have no idea why this was such an ordeal, but they finally got it done.
