Has anyone taken the old cars tour in Cuba? What company does Royal Caribbean use?

No, they are not. There are a lot of newer Chinese cars there.

 

We booked a tour via an outside company- Tour Republic- and was driven around in an air-conditioned '59 Impala. Which was double nice when it started to rain hard.

 

Not sure who RCI uses for their tours, but I would encourage you to look into some outside tour operator. You can do this, as this is a selection in the form you have to fill out.
