Missing C&A credits

I recently signed up for my Crown and Anchor membership after realizing that I wasn't included in my husbands account. After joining I noticed that in my cruise history it only listed me as having one cruise under my belt (that being my Feb '05 cruise on the Mariner). I clicked on the "missing cruise credit" link and emailed them letting them know that I'd sailed on the Enchantment the last week of August 2002. I got an email back saying that I had to provide proof in the form of my SeaPass card or a photo showing the ship and sail date or other documentation that shows the ship and sail date. I surely don't have my seapass card anymore and I didn't purchase the welcome aboard photos so am I just out this credit? I guess I'd assumed they would have some sort of passenger manifest on record. Any ideas? (BTW - my husband was also on that cruise with me and he doesn't have credit for it either.)

When I signed up for mine, I was missing a cruise from 1991 and they told me the same thing - that I had to find a photo or something. I put up a fuss and they eventually managed to go back and find me in their system. If they could find me from 1991, they can certainly find you from 2002. Give them a call and I suspect it'll get sorted out.

They were missing one of ours - from 1987. As it happens I do have our seapass. I faxed it this week. There is another one missing as well, but so far I can't find any proof.

A couple of things to look for:

Did you book on your own with RCCL or a TA?

I should think the TA would have your information in their old files.

Did you pay for the cruise by credit card?

You can get a copy of that receipt/receipts from the Card company or, I always keep my statements, so I would have it already.
