How prompt was RO in e-mailing?

Just curious, how long did it take Red October to respond to your initial e-mail? I messaged them 3 days ago and so far, no reply. Thx

Fairly prompt, but we did not start interacting with them until March for our May cruise.

Not to worry, I had received an e-mail from Laura (at RO) stating the offices would be closed until Jan 9, for the Holidays.

I'm sure it will take them a few days to get through the waiting e-mails.
