cruise freak Posted April 2, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 2, 2004 no card so you must tell the supervisors when you sit down at the tables and on the slots sometimes they have a place to enter as in land based casinos and you use your room key. Don't forget to tell them everytime you sit down. schack2 Posted April 2, 2004 #7 Share Posted April 2, 2004 Just go to the Cashier in the casino and let them know. You use your Sail and Sign card. We used it on the Pride and received a letter saying we had $25 each coming on our next cruise. We brought the letter to the Cashier and the big boss took care of it. we had to wait until the 2nd day, but then they handed us the money. Just received our letter for our play on the Legend and it has to be used before Jan. 31, 2006...2 years after your sail date. It can be used on all Carnival owned ships, however, not all ships have the option of using the Sail & Sign card..I know Holland America does not. If you intend on playing in the casino I suggest you use it. Casino employees were wonderful and very helpful.
