Marseille disembarking/early flight - HELP!

Hi all. We are cruising out of Marseille December 27, and returning Sunday, January 6. We arrive back to Marseille at 8am on Jan 6. I'm looking for some feedback/advice regarding catching at 11am flight. I know this may be tight/impossible, however the later flights don't get us back home in time for work the next morning. We know there is the option to keep our luggage with us at disembarkation, but are there any other ways to get off the boat ASAP? We know the taxi ride to the airport will take about 30 min, and that we should be at the airport 2 hours early because we have an international flight home. Thoughts? Opinions? Help? Thank you in advance!!
