Last month boarding started at 11:00am for preferred groups.

Disembarkation started around 7:30am for walk offs.

Exactly as above in April. We arrived a few minutes after 11 and boarding was in process. We had no waiting for check in, and boarded immediately after check in.

Disembarkation was listed as 7:30, it actually started a little earlier than that.
