Much to early. Try for at least 1pm (or something close to there). Much earlier can be done...but only if things work "just right".

And that doesn't happen often.

IMO 11:30 will be fine. We've had flights before or around noon at least 3 times, and have made it with absolutely no problem. Make sure you tell the purser's desk that you have an early flight - you'll be given priority tags. Or, I've heard that Carnival now has a system that if you carry your own bags off the ship, you can leave around 8:30 or so.

I just had the same return flight and was denied transfers through Carnival because it was before noon. I ended up switching to the 1pm flight. In my last two trips we made it but the TA said we would have to check in 1hr before so we would have to be on the bus and moving by 915-930ish the latest.

Carnival is notoriously slow debarking passengers. There's no way I'd book a flight that early unless I was guaranteed seats on a later flight at no charge.

That's not always the case. It's a Customs decision.
