Can a sort by forum be added to activity streams sort by?

Maybe expand sort to multiple items so sort by newest, then forum or sort by forum then newest

Can users add their own tags at a forums level to allow tag selection?

I have been a member since 2001 and we were able to do this until this new system was launched. Maybe the function is just hidden somewhere, as is the answer to where?
