We had a great day on Roatan, Diana Dixon from Roatan Cab tours jacksong2005@yahoo.com took us to Gio's Crab House (in French Harbor I think).... we had 8 iun our group, and Diana warned us to order 1 plate and share for 2. Boy, are we glad she did! The crab claws were as big as my hand, 2 per plate, lobster tail, shrimp, and crab legs, FAR more than enough for us to eat. Exchange rate on the day we were there made lunch about $22 each, for the 8 of us, with a few beers... $166 including tip!

And we were about the only ones there during lunch!

About the rest of the tour, Diana met us at the pier with a sign welcoming us, and we headed out. We, like others posting here, felt very comfortable and felt like we were getting a private tour, the back-side of the published stops.

Fantasy Island was great, beautiful, neat setting. Beach area was pleasant. We toured the entire island, saw all parts, very enjoyable.

Yess seeing the military and the armed folks was a bit 'un-nerving' but we WERE in a foreign country!

She even found us the best 'purest' vanilla for about $1 bottle, large bottles at that. And got us back to the pier on time.

IF we get back to Roatan, we will look up Diana again.
