Cooking Demonstration - Vista

In looking at recent Funtimes for Vista, I see that the cooking demonstration on the first sea day is listed as taking place in the atrium.  As far as I know and have seen, it's in the steakhouse on the other ships.  For anyone who has been on the Vista, do they really do this in the atrium, and if so, how?

I was on the Vista last year and they did it in the atrium.  I remember that they brought around samples to everyone seated there.  My husband and I were sitting at the bar and they gave us samples from JiJi's, the steakhouse, and Cucina, and possibly the sushi place (it was a year ago, I can't exactly remember).
