Carnival Shuttle to Tampa Airport

Has anyone used the Carnival shuttle to Tampa Airport after the cruise?  Was it a long wait to leave the port - waiting for the shuttle to fill?  Just one person this time so taxi is too expensive.  Or do you know if there are shuttles (not Carnival) that charge per person?

Or, take a cab.  Way cheaper.  I think it was $25.00 total plus tip each way for up to four people.

If you are talking a bout the 1/28 cruise on Paradise, I'd split an Uber with ya.
