Norwegian Cruise Line Customer Service

I had a complaint about a recent cruise on NCL. I wrote a two page single spaced e-mail about my concerns and included documentation. I waited over 15 business days and received no reply. I called the Customer Service number and was told the name of the Coordinator and asked to speak to her. The phone person said I could not talk to the Coordinator but she would answer me soon. I asked to speak to the Supervisor and was told only the Coordinator could tell me who the Supervisor was. A few days later I received an e-mail from the Coordinator that did not even address my concerns. It addressed a subject I did not even mention. It was like my e-mail was never read. I sent another e-mail to the Coordinator and asked for the name of her Supervisor. I have not had a reply in over a month. Has anyone had a similar experience with NCL Customer Service? Is there a way to speak to someone who will listen? I feel totally helpless and ignored. Any suggestions of who I can contact to be heard will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
