Whats the best to do with a 2 yr old

In Aug 2006 we will be on the Carnival Valor. At this time our kids will be 12,6, and 2. What is the best excursion to do with all 3 kids? I realize having a 2 yr old, we wont be able to do alot of the tours, so looking for other ideas . Any help would be great. Thanks
