Heartgrove Posted December 11, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2018 No, but you can expect chair scraping in the morning as the Seaview deck is setup for the day. Probably about 10-15 minutes around 7.
TMJplus1 Posted December 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 13, 2018 I'm in a similar cabin on our Eurodam cruise next week and I'm not excited about the daily chair scraping.
JCBAY4 Posted December 13, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted December 13, 2018 We are usually up early so hopefully, not a problem. I plan to be drinking coffee on our balcony!
OlsSalt Posted December 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2018 We have been in several cabins that experienced momentary chair scraping - usually at times and duration that have little to no impact on our cabin enjoyment. Once there was quite a racket in the wee small hours and assumed it was proably something that had not been fastened down and was rolling around the deck. So be glad they scrape those decks and get everything secure before hitting any dark and stormy seas later in the evening. Part of the rhythms and sounds of life at sea.
