Booking with EZ Air, how would you reach the Enroute Desk if there are problems en route??

Just returned from a 7day on the Ruby.  We were delayed 1.5 hrs in OMA.  I call the #800-545-0008 twice and was helped.  Very quick response to my delay and all my silly questions.  I love to cruise and we were so worried about leaving our cold weather for the warmth of the Mexican Cruise.
