Depending on your timing, there might be a water taxi from Camana Bay in town (you’d have to taxi there and back) - https://camanabay.com/services/cayman-ferries/ - and the trip by water takes about half and hour or so each way.

 

However, depending on the size of your group, it might be cheaper to just rent a car and drive.  It’s about an hour drive each way.
