Havana, Cuba - how long to get to Miramar by Taxi

My husband wants to visit La Casa del Habano in the Miramar area after our excursion which ends at 3pm. Does anyone have any idea long of a taxi ride that would be? And how hard would it be to get a taxi back to port?
