Late in the evening, the back deck of 10 (beyond buffet area) was almost always deserted and you can get some good water views as the ship sails along with the pasta/pizza area close by and the bar on the back closeby for a quick drink. Nice spot to just sit and relax and watch the water/stars.

During the day upper deck 11 is a good place to get some sun and get away from the crowds directly around the pool area. You can go railing side and get full sun or next to the ship side and get some shade depending on the side of the ship you are on. You can still hear the music most of the time, but dont have the blaring sound like being at the pool in front of the speakers.
