staff and crew on infinity

what happens to crew and staff with ship is in dry dock. does the crew get a vacation or do they send them to other ships and bring a new crew on April 2,2006 or what?

On that show every single crew member pretty much participated in the Dry Dock process. They help in loading and unloading the old and new carpet and fixtures.

 

It looked like really hard work too, so no vaction for the crew during dry dock, probably even a harder week of work.

For saftey reasons there is to 1/3 of the crew on the ship at all times. The crew rotates so all can have some off the ship time.
