Best Inishmore pubs, restaurants and tours

Can anyone recommend a pub and/or restaurant on the Aran Island Inishmore? Also, can anyone recommend a good tour once on Inishmore and what are the going prices? We are driving directly to the ferry, and so won't be departing from Galway by bus. Around the web, I've seen Flaherty Tours recommended. But the tour operator's web site is currently suspended.
