Copenhagen hotel in mid May

We stayed at the Scandic hotel in Copenhagen. It is part of the Hilton chain so you can look it up on that website. There are two Scandic hotels in central Copenhagen. Both are in walking distance from the main train station. The one that we stayed at was very modern with lovely rooms and a great breakfast buffet.

We are on a May Baltic cruise with Princess and have checked choicehotels.com which covers Comfort Inn and Clarion Hotels, also radisson hotels website which has two or three hotels in the city. Also go to copenhagen website and they list hotels. sorry don't have official websites on hand at moment.

Friends told us about a hotel called Admiral Hotel and it is at or near the pier. was a warehouse at one time and converted to a hotel, no two rooms are the same. as they have left the huge wooden beams in place and some of the beams go thru rooms. They live in Hamburg and are going to meet us in Copenhagen.

We stayed at the Marriott before our cruise last August, and liked it very much.

We stayed at the Copenhagen Strand Hotel booked through the hotel groups web site (http://www.arp-hansen.com). The hotel was nice, great location and price included a great 'European-style' breakfast. Would stay there again.
